Practicalities
Where are sessions held?
Online via Zoom or in person at 81 Manchester Road, Burnley (Banyan Wellness Centre).
How long is a session?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Longer formats are available for specific needs or workshops.
What about privacy?
All sessions are confidential, GDPR/ICO compliant, and follow BACP/UKATA ethical codes. Secure email options available.
Do you offer evenings?
Limited evening slots—please ask for current availability.
